Casa di Terra Wine Lunch is designed for those who wish to turn their winery visit into a fuller experience, where wine and food come together naturally.
The experience begins with our family’s story and, weather permitting, a visit to the vineyard, offering a closer look at where our work begins and an insight into some of the choices we make in tending our vines through to harvest.
From the panoramic terrace, enjoy sweeping views of the Bolgheri landscape before continuing through the winemaking facilities and barrel cellar, where we will explore our approach to the different grape varieties and how we guide each wine as it develops.
The visit then leads to a guided tasting of four Casa di Terra wines, served in a carefully chosen sequence to showcase different expressions of our wines and the local terroir.
The wines are accompanied by a selection of cured meats and cheeses, bruschetta with our own extra virgin olive oil, and a seasonal first course, served hot or cold.
More than a traditional lunch, this is a convivial experience that invites you to take your time over wine, food and the pleasure of lingering at the table.
