An experience designed for those who wish to discover Casa di Terra in greater depth, bringing together wine, terroir, and Tuscan flavours.
We will begin with the story of our family and the Bolgheri DOC before continuing, weather permitting, to the vineyard, where everything begins. Here, we will take a closer look at the vines and explore some of the decisions that guide them throughout the growing season and up to harvest.
From the panoramic terrace, we will interpret the Bolgheri landscape together, considering vineyard exposure, climate, and the diversity of its soils.
The visit continues through the winemaking areas and barrel cellar. Rather than simply explaining how wine is made, we will explore the choices that define its style, balance, and evolution.
The tasting is the natural conclusion to this journey.
Through four wines, we will progress from the most approachable expressions of our production to the Bolgheri Superiore, discovering how grape varieties, structure, ageing, and interpretations of the terroir evolve along the way.
Cured meats, cheeses, and bruschetta drizzled with our extra virgin olive oil accompany the tasting, revealing another side of our Tuscany.
