A simple and authentic way to discover Fattoria Casa di Terra, from vineyard to bottle.
The visit begins with the story of our family and the Bolgheri terroir before continuing,
weather permitting, to the vineyard, where every decision begins.
Here, we will take a closer look at the vines and discuss what we seek in the grapes throughout the growing season
and at harvest time.
We will then enter the winemaking areas and barrel cellar, following the grapes on their journey and discovering how the decisions made in the winery shape the identity of each wine.
Finally, we will stop on the panoramic terrace overlooking Bolgheri’s natural amphitheatre, where we can explore the landscape surrounding the winery and better understand the influence of climate, light, and soil.
The visit concludes with a guided tasting of three wines: an opportunity to rediscover in the glass some of the elements encountered along the way.
The wines are accompanied by bruschetta drizzled with our extra virgin olive oil.
A first introduction to Casa di Terra, designed not only to taste our wines, but to begin to understand them.
