Casa di Terra Sparkling Wine Tasting is a guided tasting exploring three different expressions of our sparkling wine production.
The experience brings together:
Bolle di Terra Metodo Charmat, approachable, fragrant and lively;
Bolle di Terra Metodo Classico, where Vermentino is shaped by time and extended ageing;
Bolle di Terra Rosato, the freshest, most radiant expression of our rosé wines.
Tasting three wines side by side reveals how aromas, structure, bubbles and complexity change with different grape varieties, production methods and ageing times.
More than simply tasting three sparkling wines, this is an opportunity to discover three different ways in which Casa di Terra interprets sparkling wine.
The tasting is accompanied by bread and our own extra virgin olive oil.
