WINE MAKING AND AGEING
Fermentation: after 12 hours of cold maceration, steel tanks fermentation starts thanks to native yeasts. It continues for about 25 days at 26/28 degrees
Wine Ageing: 20 months in French oak barrels of medium-toast : 20% of first use, 40% of second use and 40% of third use. 12 month bottle ageing. This wine is bottled without any kind of filtration or clarify treatment to preserve its natural integrity

TASTING NOTES
Notes of spices and leather are followed by black fruits, smoked and graphite hints. The vibrant palate is warm. Tannins are velvety, sweet and smooth. On the palate this is juicy. The finish is extremely long and persistent leaving a superb freshness
