WINE MAKING AND AGEING
Fermentation: in steel tanks at 16 degrees for 15 days; 40% of the blend ferments for 15 days on its skins
Wine Ageing: 5 months in stainless steel tanks and several months on cultivated yeasts

TASTING NOTES
Mediterranean earth, acacia flowers and white pepper rise seductively from the glass. On the mouth is gentle, light-bodied, sapid and persistent. It boasts a superb freshness
